Excellent Service We recently purchased our 2014 Rav4 from Bredemann Toyota. Ziggy was our sales consultant and was very helpful and attentive. We got to the dealersh We recently purchased our 2014 Rav4 from Bredemann Toyota. Ziggy was our sales consultant and was very helpful and attentive. We got to the dealership around 7pm. The first car we looked at was sold right before we started our paperwork. Ziggy worked diligently to find us another car that we liked. By the time we settled on a color and model, it was passed 9pm and closing time. Ziggy made sure we left happy and took the time with us. Tran was the business manager who figured out our loan . He was very personable as well and we enjoyed working with him! We appreciated Ziggy's follow up phone calls making sure everything was going well with our new car. Ziggy made us feel like we were part of the Toyota "family". Thank you! More

I would highly recommend Bredemann Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car. I visited 7 dealers this past week trying to find the car that was right for me. I felt that every dealer up until Bredeman looking to buy a new car. I visited 7 dealers this past week trying to find the car that was right for me. I felt that every dealer up until Bredemann was trying to push me to make a decision when I was not ready. They were not listening to what I was saying, but making their own decisions on what car they felt would be good for me. My parents told me that I should visit Bredemann Toyota because they have purchased their last 6 cars from Bredemann. The first thing I noticed when I walked through Bredemann's doors was a friendly greeting and smile from a sales representative named Gene Volfson. I told him the specific car I was looking to get and he immediately went to action looking through his inventory. I found it surprising that every question I asked, he immediately answered the question or went to find the answer if he didn't know. Gene was extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota Corollas and the difference between every model. He did not once try to push any other type of car or sales package. He respected the price range I was looking to stay within. In addition to buying the new car, I was also looking to trade my old care in. Every other dealership asked me how much the previous dealer had offered for my car, before they even looked at it. Bredemann didn't bother asking that question, they asked for my keys and appraised my car. You could tell they are professionals and make their own decisions on what a car is worth. The price they offered me on my trade-in was significantly higher than every other dealership I took my car too. When I finally made my decision, I chose a 2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus. I was then greeted by the finance manager named Tran Nguyen. The only word I could come up with to describe him is, "awesome." He made me feel like I was about to be part of a new family, the Bredemann family. He understood this was the first car I was buying on my own and walked me through every step. There was no point in time where I got nervous or was unsure of any decision I had to make. He made sure I was properly informed before I signed any document. I am happy I ended up purchasing my first car from Bredemann Toyota and I know that you won't be disappointed if you visit this dealership. More

They were very welcoming and courteous. Arnie Rowan handed me over to a very professional sales rep, Mike Gerlitz. I didn't realize that financing for 72 months was not a very sensible idea. More

In all honesty, I was not really looking forward to the whole car buying experience as previous experiences at other dealerships have left a lot to be desired. However, from the moment I met Roger Diaz at whole car buying experience as previous experiences at other dealerships have left a lot to be desired. However, from the moment I met Roger Diaz at Bredemann Toyota & Scion, I knew I wanted to give him my business. He was extraordinarily patient, was knowledgeable about the vehicle in which I was interested and answered all of my questions. He was professional and personable. Tran Nguygen in the finance department was also great to work with. I never felt a hard sell to buy additional coverage. I felt he was honest and had my best interest at heart. This has definitely NOT been my normal experience in dealing with a dealership finance department. What a breath of fresh air! I hope that when I need anything from the service team that my feelings remain the same. More
