They misdiagnosed a brake issue. Was told I needed a brake caliper, which turned out to be wrong. I took my vehicle to a different location and got the correct repair. I live in Texas, but my daughter's live in Baxter. )ver 1 month to get an appointment to fix window switch & washer nozzles-brought in 8/11-diagnostic test over $160-ordered parts-told about price of parts-never offered after market pricing-told 2 days for p washer nozzles-brought in 8/11-diagnostic test over $160-ordered parts-told about price of parts-never offered after market pricing-told 2 days for parts to come-8 days later had not been notified-I called and brought jeep in 2 days later- 1 1/2 hours later vehicle was done-went to pick up-bill was $844.21-needless to say I was not happy as I was never told this outrageous price to get it okayed - I would absolutely have said no to this cost. I have reserched with other businesses and found out I have been so been taken advantage of-over charged by nearly $300-I sincerely hope you will be making a cost adjustment. I will be waiting to hear from Tanner Motors. Chris Bjornson More
