One of the absolute BEST auto dealerships I've ever done business with. It's one thing to have a great sales team & have a positive experience purchasing a vehicle, but it's the service department with a st business with. It's one thing to have a great sales team & have a positive experience purchasing a vehicle, but it's the service department with a stellar service manager and knowledgeable, team of mechanics that keep you coming back & wanting to share your experiences. I personally experienced what happens when a top notch service manager assigns one of his best mechanics to make a minor repair on my vehicle and out of the kindness of his heart the mechanic decided that day to take some extra time to just take a peek and look around my vehicle to be sure that everything was in tip top shape. This mechanic actually found something that that not even a thorough pre-purchase inspection found and had he not found it could have possibly been catastrophic for me sometime later down the road. The service manager Kurt took control of the situation and handled everything with such grace, care and concern that I knew my vehicle and myself were in the best hands ever. The service manager Curt Vossekuil treated me like my vehicle & I mattered & I was not just another customer number hanging from the rear view mirror. The service manager proved to me that even after you purchase a vehicle from Soerens Ford that they still care about their customers and don't want their business to end after they drive off the lot. It takes a lot to run a busy service department with top notch, highly skilled mechanics who have shown to me that they indeed go above and beyond to find, diagnose & repair a vehicle with absolute care & precision. Soerens Ford's service manager Kurt Vossekuil runs the service department like a well oiled machine & it's a big job with big responsibilities, but he does it all with the highest level of accuracy & even a little charm. I normally don't write reviews but I received such a positive experience with Kurt and the wonderful mechanic that took care of my vehicle that I just had to share it. These days it's hard to find a service department that is not only interested in repairing your vehicle right the first time but is also interested in making sure your overall experience is the best one ever. Rest assured you can feel at ease while your car is in service that some of the best mechanics are working on your vehicle and the service manager Kurt Vossekuil is handling all of your other needs with the highest standards !!! Just recently purchased our 5th used vehicle from Soerens. We live 2 hrs away and it has always been worth the drive to purchase from Soerens. Travell Coleman is very easy to work with. Alan Whitson, Soerens. We live 2 hrs away and it has always been worth the drive to purchase from Soerens. Travell Coleman is very easy to work with. Alan Whitson, finance manager, is very thorough and doesn't pressure you to purchase the extra coverages at all. If I lived closer, I would definitely use Soerens for all service needs, but WI Rapids Ford is more convenient for me for service. Plan to retire and move south in about 6 yrs and we will definitely be back for our "retirement" vehicle. More
