First thing I noticed about Pat was he approached us and asked us if we needed any help, we told him we were just looking. He didn’t hound us to get us to look at anything. He let us do our thing and when w asked us if we needed any help, we told him we were just looking. He didn’t hound us to get us to look at anything. He let us do our thing and when we were ready he was there to assist us. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The car process can be stressful at times, but this was my first experience where the atmosphere was very calm and Pat worked to get us where we needed to be with our monthly payments. Travis in finance was easy to work with and very personable. Rob, one of the owners was present and introduced himself, which is great because you don’t typically get any interactions with owners. Shows he takes pride in his business. (Or he was forced the be there Ha!) The facility is pretty amazing, we can’t wait to go back to show our kids the cool transformer they’ve got in their showroom. Overall our experience with Gretna Auto outlet was a good one. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks guys! More
