I negotiated a deal with the DCH Freehold dealership via internet for my wife's 2013 Rouge The gentleman that assisted me was sales associate named Travis Dunst. What an experience. Mr. Dunst turned out to be one of the nicest guys you could meet. He was informative, helpful, and patient. If he is still around at the conclusion of this lease, he will be my go to guy. DCH Freehold Nissan has an excellent and fun staff. I came all the way from Long Island just to buy a car from them. Other dealers in both New York and New Jersey weren't nearly as honest or professiona came all the way from Long Island just to buy a car from them. Other dealers in both New York and New Jersey weren't nearly as honest or professional dealing with me. One salesman I dealt with in New York actually harrassed my cell phone via text message from the moment I left their dealer. DCH was courteous and kept me laughing while I was waiting for the car to be detailed. Travis especially, who helped me sync my cell phone with the cars bluetooth, even though he usually only delivers new cars. Sal the finance manager was also a Turkish delight. I also owe Barry Cottrell, the general manager, a very special thanks. I will definitely be back for my next car, and I would recommend to anyone that they buy their cars from DCH Freehold Nissan! More

I walked in with a problem with my current lease- about to go over mileage with 4 months left. Jim Small went the distance and got me a deal that I could not be happier with. Once the paperwork was done the delivery coordinator Travis did a great job- even going so far as to link both of our phones to the Bluetooth for our drive home. Just an outstanding experience. I had a good experience and if the car does as good of a job as these people did, I will be back and to buy again, when I need another car. More

This was our third transaction with Howie Salka and Chris Murphy, and of course DCH Freehold Nissan, in the past year. This dealership goes out of its way to make a buyer or prospective buyer feel as if his Murphy, and of course DCH Freehold Nissan, in the past year. This dealership goes out of its way to make a buyer or prospective buyer feel as if his or her business is truly valued (which it is!). This time we purchased a 2010 Maxima SV. Howie Salka, as he was in the previous 2 instances, was his usual professional and helpful self, particularly during the negotiation process. Chris Murphy, the sales manager, was also very friendly and helpful and made sure that we were comfortable with the deal and understood the details. Travis Dunst was terrific in explaining/demonstarting the key vehicle features, and in fact programmed/synchronized one of our cell phones with the Blue Tooth system. We enjoyed doing business with the DCH Freehold Nissan team and highly recommend them. More

I am a very happy repeat customer, and as usual all I have to say is "What a pleasurable experience!". I had my 3 yr old with me and everyone went out of their way to make the experience great for her a have to say is "What a pleasurable experience!". I had my 3 yr old with me and everyone went out of their way to make the experience great for her as well(balloons, coloring books, cartoons on tv). After test driving many cars, sitting in the dealership with Mommy untill our car was ready she still had a smile on her face! That says alot about the people who work there!! Pete Kelly was my salesman, and I can honestly say he went the extra mile to help me find the perfect car for my needs (which was no easy task because I was very much torn between the altima and rogue). I ended up with 2009 Altima, and I love it!! Mike handled my lease return quickly and efficiently. Sam had me in and out of the finance office very quickly, which was wonderful. Barry Cottrell took the time out of his very busy schedule to help me get into the perfect car. And Travis went over every inch of my new car with me, to explain and demo the options for me. All in all my trip to the dealership was stress free and comfortable. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family for sure. Thank you Freehold Nissan! More

The buying experience is really good. Surprisingly, the sales are the nicest one compared to the finance manager(Sam). Finance manager is the worse part of the whole buying experience, he acted like he wa sales are the nicest one compared to the finance manager(Sam). Finance manager is the worse part of the whole buying experience, he acted like he was above the customers. I had this feeling of him think too highly of himself and gave basically one word answer to anything I asked. Also got the feeling that he didnt want me to purchase the car from them. When I went to the dealership to pick up the car and paid them. From my previous car buying experience, finance manager will usually describe the paper one by one on why I need to sign it or whats the purpose of it. Sam did not do that, he just said sign this sign that, therefore I had to read over everything very carefully. While I was doing that, I can sense Sam grew very impatient and just wanted to get everything over with. His action made me very uncomfortable and very unpleasant. After all the paperworks were done, Sam just push a paper pile to me and said "this is yours" without even going over it one by one nor organized them in any sort of manner. However, the overall purchasing experience was pleasant, the salesmen were really nice and patient throughout the whole process. Travis went through all the little details about the car with me and spent nearly 30-40min and answered all the questions which was really helpful. The only downside is the finance manager who I will never deal with him again. More

I had been to 4 different dealerships looking for a car that would meet my needs. I have to say that DCH FREEHOLD NISSAN was the most outstanding. I dealt with Howie Salka (sales). He was courteous, friend that would meet my needs. I have to say that DCH FREEHOLD NISSAN was the most outstanding. I dealt with Howie Salka (sales). He was courteous, friendly, knowledgable and took the time to help me decide what I truly wanted in a car. He was very professional and accommodating and I felt no pressure at all. IN fact, the whole atmosphere at this dealership was uplifting and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend DCH FREEHOLD NISSAN not only for their excellent cars but also for the service they provide. Travis was friendly and informative and helped me understand everything in my new MAXIMA. I have never been so excited about purchasing a car as now. Immediately after my purchase, I received an email fromn the manager thanking me for my purchase..a class ACT! I also received a call from Howie asking me how I liked my car and if I had any questions. These are the kind of people I want to deal with. First class customer service - from the Sales team to the Business Managers...no nonsense approach. Helpful in every way!
