From the time that I paid for the service to received a text message saying "sorry that I missed you", 20 more minutes passed. During that 20 minutes I can see my car is there ready for pickup but was tol text message saying "sorry that I missed you", 20 more minutes passed. I was very disappointed with the services performed by this dealership. I bought over $12000 in extra warranties, including tires protection plan, but when I needed, they did not honor it. The vehicle had this dealership. I bought over $12000 in extra warranties, including tires protection plan, but when I needed, they did not honor it. The vehicle had nails in the two front tires and they refused to fix or replace them. I had to drive home with the tires leaking and find another place to fix them. Unfortunately I do not recommend this dealership. More

Very pleasant experience dealing with all staff. I had to bring my car in for a warranty issue and I was given a brand new loaner car for the week, with absolutely no hassle.
