I found an internet ad for a used Jeep at St. Cloud Toyota, so--on a Sunday--I sent an inquiry email. That night, just before the Vikes game started, I got an actual call from the dealership manager! He was very kind, helpful, and practical. He helped me set up a short-notice 200 mile drive to check out the Jeep, which he held for me as a courtesy. His sales staff were very helpful, and the manager himself was there to greet and welcome me, even though he normally worked at another location. The dealership gave me a significant bargain; and they also delivered the Jeep 200 miles, free of charge. They won my heart and my trust. This helped us to feel comfortable in making the decision to take the 5 hrs drive to come and see it in person. On our way Travis said we could text our info so the paper work could be started. This got us back on the road home about 30 minutes sooner! Car was inside when we arrived so we were protected from the rain when we looked it over. Ample test drive time was given and Travis was very knowledgable with our questions about the make and model. All employees were friendly and professional. More
