I actually had fun buying a car! I HATE buying cars. Being an educated consumer, it becomes a waste of time dealing with salespeople who don't listen to your budget or requests. Howev I HATE buying cars. Being an educated consumer, it becomes a waste of time dealing with salespeople who don't listen to your budget or requests. However, the staff at World Subaru changed that for me. I anticipate buying/leasing all of me cars from now on from World. Each person I dealt with was knowledgeable, listened and overall pleasant people. They genuinely believe in their product, allowing their cars to sell themselves. Travis was awesome! He kept saying he was going to do the work for me, and get me in a car I'd love and he absolutely did. He guided me through my options, made appropriate suggestions for what I was looking for and never made me feel pressured. My outback sold itself to me, but I will admit... 25% of my purchase was being of the overall positive experience I had with the staff. I highly suggest this dealership and feel confident at the end of my lease I will be purchasing from them again. Despite it being late at night, Nicole sat with me and went over all the features of my car and came from genuine enthusiasm for everything the car had to offer. My husband has already said he may be changing his mind (a loyal Honda owner) and joining me in the Subaru family :) More
