I had to drive to the dealership just to figure out what the hold up was. I don't know what her vandeta against my mom is but it has cost them a customer ( probably not much in the grand scheme). Thank you to Travis and Abby, my mom referenced you by name and it was clear, while I was there that you both were picking up a lot of slack and doing it with a smile. I have taken my 87 Monte Carlo SS becuase they had a mechanic who knew his way arouind a QuadreJet was Town and Country, when I bought this 02 Tahoe.
