In June 2021, We paid $1,200. 00 for a new Air Conditioner Compressor plus labor, August 6 2022 Air Conditioning not working again. . Got charged another $700.00 for same problem 00 for a new Air Conditioner Compressor plus labor, August 6 2022 Air Conditioning not working again. . Got charged another $700.00 for same problem but they claim different parts, I’m not a mechanic sooo, ok. Now 3 weeks later, August 30, 2022, Air Conditioner not working again. , now they claim a “different part” , estimated $1,300.00 Nope, not going to fix. My wife’s car is a 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue with 45,700 ORIGINAL Miles. Body in excellent condition. Talked with Service Advisor, Ricky Vasquez and he is very nice. No issues with Ricky. Talked to Service Manager, Travis Gaul and asked him for a partial refund from Earlier August and he said “ There is nothing I can do”. Really, Are you sure? So in the time of 1 year and paying $1,900 to have the Air fixed and still not fixed, then they wanted another $1,300. I don’t think so. 3 full days at the service dept and ………………… I guess our future business, either new vehicles or service on our other car will be a toss up. I asked the General Managers name and email and nobody would give it to me. Too bad. Oh well. More

I would not recommend this dealer for service on your vehicle. My main issue is they didn't take my vehicle on a sufficient test drive after repairs. I was left stranded on the side of the road twice aft vehicle. My main issue is they didn't take my vehicle on a sufficient test drive after repairs. I was left stranded on the side of the road twice after having my car "fixed" here. They either knowingly or negligently allowed me to leave the dealership with a faulty transmission after a transfer case repair. Either way it was obvious to me once I drove away there was still an issue. But instead of telling me about it, they let me figure it out on my own.Quotes for my repairs were also inaccuracate even the one the service manager wrote up. Update: unfortunately I had to reduce my two star rating. This is due to the fact that my car broke down again less than 48 hours after McLaughlin Chevrolet replace my transmission. I happen to be right outside of suburban Chevrolet in Sandy so I was able to pull into their service department. They showed me that whoever replaced my transmission damaged the axle while doing so it looks like they beat on it with a hammer which caused my speed sensor to go out and also my control arms were bent and damaged with stripped bolts beyond repair. Make no mistake McLaughlin Chevrolet did that to my vehicle. I reached out to them so that they can try to make it right and I was told since I didn't bring it to them they wouldn't help me at all. I tried getting my new battery for my Chevy Bolt from a portland Chevy dealer and they took forever. I contacted Milwaukie Chevrolet and they were able to look up that that other dealer hadn’t even ordered portland Chevy dealer and they took forever. I contacted Milwaukie Chevrolet and they were able to look up that that other dealer hadn’t even ordered me a new battery! Immediately ordered me my new battery and contact me as soon as it came in. They also were able to tell me over the phone why was taking longer than expected. So that was very helpful. The installation took a little longer than I was anticipating but the folks at Milwaukie Chevrolet were super nice about it and got it done and charged in time for me to go camping that weekend. More
