Poor customer service and did not honor my coupon. I received a coupon in the mail for a $39.99 oil change. The coupon is addressed to me, has the year/make/model of my car and estimated mileage. When I arrived at the dealership the maintenance advisor entered my information and gave me the form to sign. The amount was $20 more than my coupon. When I questioned it he very rudely said that the coupon was not for my year of car. I pointed out that the coupon had my specific car listed and he rudely asked me if I wanted the oil change or not. I probably would have stayed and paid the extra but he was so rude and I am frustrated to receive a coupon from Garcia Honda and Garcia Honda did not honor it. Both my daughter and I purchased cars at Garcia in 2018 and the sales process was great but the maintenance and service department is nothing but a headache. More

Honda in November Travis was extremely helpful and pleasant from the beginning to the end. He was never pushy on something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. I told him Travis was extremely helpful and pleasant from the beginning to the end. He was never pushy on something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. I told him my price range and he was more than happy to stick within it. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars accessories no matter what car it was. When I couldn’t find something in the lot that was perfect Travis went out of his way to find me something that was. I’m highly satisfied with my new car that came with everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. I’d recommend Travis a million times over, not only is he a great fair salesman but he’s also a great guy that isn’t in it for himself but rather to make his customers happy. More
