The service was outstanding. From the moment I arrived. The advisor greeted me when I arrived and we discussed the service required. Came in for an oil change on Nov 2nd, 6 days later I smell funky oil smell form the AC vents, after parking inside the garage I see oil spill under the car, curious I went ahead and opened the hood. I s smell funky oil smell form the AC vents, after parking inside the garage I see oil spill under the car, curious I went ahead and opened the hood. I soon notice the oil cap sitting next to the hood latch form the initial oil change on the 2nd as the technician never put it back on the engine cover thus engine oil spilled throughout the entire engine bay as well as underneath the car. Feeling extremely frustrated as I've been driving going 70+ mph on the highway not knowing there is oil spilling from engine for the past 6 days. This can damage the engine significantly due to not enough oil lubricating inside engine parts leading to engine failure. The cabin also reeks of engine oil odor. When I brought this issue to the service center they took care of it. They cleaned out the bay as well as do another oil change and that took three hours, which is okay. I took it home and three days later I noticed a scraping sound when I’m driving on the highway so I pull over with my family in the car and I noticed that the underbody panel was coming off because there was no screws, holding it in place Which was supposed to be screwed on there after the oil change so I came back waited another two hours for them to fix this issue This is unacceptable by Hill County Honda service. More

Greeted quickly upon arrival. The service department was able to look into my problem and check the vehicle in a timely manner without an appointment.
