She lined me up with a CRV that I LOVE and was in my budget and got me a great deal. I met with both Dean and Travis to handle my sale and they were both super helpful and answered all my questions, above and beyond. I also enjoyed working with Mike Speranza who went over the warranty in great detail with me and Matt Alverson and others who answered my questions about the new technology I have never used before. They all took the time to listen and meet and exceed my expectations, and I have no regrets. I will be doing business with them in the future. I dealt with Travis Landry as my salesman and he was informative and helpful without being pushy. He traded me with respect and listened to my needs. We wrapped up a deal within an hour. The only hiccup came from the finance guy who promised to call by end of business with hard numbers and instead called two days later. We had already agreed to terms and conditions so it was really only the exact payment amount I was waiting on but it still could have been handled better. That said, they were very professional on the day I picked up the car, having it in the showroom ready to be driven off the lot. I needed to spend no more than ten minutes signing paperwork and off I went. I would highly recommend Travis and Mohawk Honda in general. This is about as smooth an experience as you can expect cart shopping to be. More
