Definitely one of my best car buying experiences! From my initial contact with Mohawk Honda we were treated with respect. I corresponded with Tricia through email first. Even though I didn't know exactly what I was looking for she encouraged me to come in and discuss all the different options. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and immediately introduced to Camren. We expressed interest in a new CR-V and within minutes we were test driving one and learning about all the new features. This dealership is top notch when it comes to customer service! I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt as though it is understood that my time is valuable and every effort is made to not leave you waiting for very long. I was extremely impressed with how friendly everyone is and the outstanding service department. That is why I wanted to make sure we had the three year maintenance agreement included. I can't say enough about Mohawk Honda and have already been telling everyone I know to go see Camren when they need a car. Camren was with someone when we arrived to pick up our car. To make sure we weren't waiting Travis jumped in and explained everything about our new car while waiting for Camren to join us. They truly work as a team. More

Very happy with my new car and my sales agent at Mohawk I had a fantastic experience working with Travis. My new Accord is fabulous. There was a chip in my paint upon receiving the car, which was disappoint I had a fantastic experience working with Travis. My new Accord is fabulous. There was a chip in my paint upon receiving the car, which was disappointing, but Travis touched it up, so it's fine for now. I did get an auto car starter that I got an IOU for. I was told to call on Monday to schedule to have it installed and I should be able to get installed this week. I called and they won't be able to get me in for weeks and it takes half a day--since I need my car for work I either have to miss a day of work or waste an entire Saturday between travel to the dealership and waiting for the installation. This severely impacts my feelings about the service center. It does not represent how I feel about the sales department, though. More
