I hope by sh I do not usually write testimonials like this one. However, I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience than at Mohawk Honda. I hope by sharing my experience I can bring attention to the dealership and encourage other car-buyers to enjoy the process of purchasing a car from Mohawk Honda. Let me start by saying my wife and I went to “look” at cars on a COLD Monday morning in January, not buy one. We were considering a Pilot and I had a few questions. We arrived at Mohawk Honda and the receptionist introduced us to a salesman who listened to my questions and answered them very quickly, and accurately. He knew the Pilot well and helped us narrow our consideration down to choosing between an LX and an EX. He thought we might be able to better decide by comparing the two side-by-side. He offered to bring an EX and an LX up to the front of the dealership and warmed them up for us. While waiting, my wife and I enjoyed a coffee and a few cookies from The Cookie Factory. After comparing the two models, my wife and I were clear we wanted the EX. This is when we met the General Manager, Nick Bonarrigo. Nick was super nice, down to earth and there was no pressure to make a decision. He simply wanted to make sure all our questions were answered. We asked for a price so we could seriously consider making the purchase, then we shook hands and left – without any pressure to make a decision. As soon as we got in the car my wife commented on how nice everyone at Mohawk Honda was. By the time we got home we had decided we were going to purchase the Pilot. We were considering white, but we were still undecided on which color so we made another appointment to return on Saturday to make our final selection. Our salesman was waiting for us on Saturday when we arrived and he was happy to show us a white Pilot he had pulled into the service garage so my wife did not have look at it in the cold. We decided on the white and just when I thought the hassle was going to begin, we simply went inside and the salesman took some of the standard information and asked us to give him a few minutes. My wife and I had a cup of coffee while we waited and listened to a very talented man sing live – no kidding. Our salesman returned to introduce us to Micah Troncone who explained all the completed paperwork to us. No hassle, no extra cost – just the deal we discussed with Nick earlier in the week, including the added roof rails and the Simoniz protection package Nick said he’d include because my wife and I were concerned with the lighter interior color. We were expecting to have to re-negotiate the whole deal but we just had to confirm what we had agreed on, leave a deposit and schedule a pick up day. Even the process of picking up our new Pilot was so well organized. Some initials and signatures. I had a few questions which were answered then we were brought to our new car. We were not simply handed the keys or given the obligatory walk-through of the car. We were thoroughly introduced to Pilot and all of the many features it has. Our phones were paired to the Bluetooth. Lots of questions were asked and answered. We left the dealership very, very happy. A sincere THANK YOU to Nick Bonarrigo and the staff at Mohawk Honda who made this the hands-down best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Rick More

Great Produts, Great Service!!!! Your product speaks for itself. I had a 2009 Honda CR-V. I was in an accident, I was rear ended pretty hard. I walked away with a small concussion from hitting my head on he head rest. The vehicle was totaled from the impact. Accidents happen, this product kept me safe. I now am a proud owner of a 2016 Honda CR-V. I always say I love my Honda!! The service at Mohawk is really great as well. I called Travis, told him what happened, what I was looking for and he had "my new car" out front to test drive when I got there. I like that he asks the right questions to know what the customer wants instead wasting both of our times. Yes, I bought the first one :) I have also always had wonderful experiences with your service department as well. efficient in time, accurate in estimates, and always helpful. No, I'm not family, nor am I getting paid for this statement. I just really like the product and integrity of Mohawk Honda. More

He explained us the car features pretty well. Had good knowledge of the car details. Was answering all our questions ! As per our needs and desires and budget, Travis suggested a good car specs to suit our needs. Once confirmed, he had all car paper work ready for us when we went back a day later to pick up the car!
