Bought a very nice 2021 f250 lariat for 60k total and was very excited about the purchase. Joe my salesman was excellent I recommend him with a great review. My problem with this dealership was them not standing behind the product. They listed the truck with things wrong with it broken windshield plastic tailgate broken off and lower air xxxx broke. Gentleman told me I had to pay for them to be fixed or dont get the truck whatever no biggie I wanted the truck. Get the truck signed for and delivery set up and was pumped for my truck. I not happy with this truck at all when it got delivered here. The detail job looked like crap, wax all over it and inside had not been cleaned at all. Rear seat belt didn't work and my nice leather had 2 scratches in the back seats that weren't there when I signed for the truck. Along with needing 2 brake lights replaced and front brake pads and a oil change also. Upper management didn't even reply to my email of pics and info on the issues or return calls. After detailing it myself 5 hours later and replacing the taillights myself another hour. I took it up to my local ford dealership for the brakes and said we will take care of you sorry for your experience. Don't be attracted to this dealership because of the better deal they will just make ya pay for everything and not deliver on there end or stand behind there sale of the product. Very disappointed and do not recommend. More
