I purchased my Nissan Altima in 2009 at Crown Nissan in Birmingham, AL and Travis Payne was my sales consultant. I was more than happy when I left CROWN NISSAN IN HOOVER ALABAMA. Clyde was exceptional. He was able to answer all of my finance questions. Now Travis took the cake because I had my daughter with me. Not only did he ask me several times did I need anything while I was waiting but he talked with my daughter and was very attentive to her. It truly makes a difference when you go somewhere and the salesman is not just worried about selling you car but wanting to take care of your every need while in their care. THANKS CROWN!!!!! You have Gold in these two gentlemen dont let them go. P.S. I also can say that everyone I encountered if it was just a hello made me feel welcomed. More

I am so amazed at the quality of work and dedication that this salesman showed. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot, and genuinely seemed to care about what was in my best interest. I also this salesman showed.
