Everyone who addressed my issues was "first class." I had a complicated technical problem and they all demonstrated patience and knowledge. I especially want to recognize Steve Lerner who not only addressed my problem but also showed me some features of my BMW that I was unaware of.Allen Grim was also very helpful and runs a great shop!

Steve is a wonderful person to deal with. He went more than the extra mile to make my experience an extremely pleasant one. He along with Tommy are top notch in my book. You will definitely be please with the service Steve delivers.
"The personal touch"
I have been dealing with Richmond BMW for twelve years and three BMWs. It started with fixing a botched repair at another dealer and giving me a great deal on a 5-series sedan. My latest purchase was an X4 M40i. The service department is great and their sales process is very smooth. Tim Peterson has been my service contact all along and Steven Lerner was great in sales this time around. Both Tim and Steve have been with the dealer for a long time, and I think that says something. I had to have service at a dealer in Greenwich, CN, so I ended up on the mailing list for both dealers. Richmond BMW consistently made much better offers on new deals. Steven even sent me a Thank You note after the sale. They have a great personal touch.

Don't buy or lease a car from anyone other than Steve Lerner! He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and great to work with. He arranged my lease with the right terms and at a fair price, and assured everything was great from the moment I walked into the showroom until the lease disposition three years later. I'll also add an extra shout out to Akshay Mahale in the Finance office and Travis Pearson in the Service department.

Great place to have your BMW serviced. Excellent customer service. They fixed a vibration that was felt when I breaking, it had been there since I purchased it, and now my car performs better than when I first bought it. I even received text updates on my car while it was in service! I was very pleased.
