Always had good luck with the dealership. My last service appointment was a little disappointing as I had to take my car in once for diagnostic even when I explained my problem. Then I had to take it in agai appointment was a little disappointing as I had to take my car in once for diagnostic even when I explained my problem. Then I had to take it in again once they ordered parts. On the second trip they called me late in the afternoon to tell me they needed another day, then on the second day they called late in the afternoon to tell me they needed more time but had a loaner available. It just seemed the communication level could have been better throughout the process as the lack of communication lead me to replan my day several times. The repairs were great however once completed. More

one complaint I have been dealing with this Dealership for years and when my vehicles are serviced they also wash them as a courtesy. I appreciate this, but now th I have been dealing with this Dealership for years and when my vehicles are serviced they also wash them as a courtesy. excellent experience Had a check engine light come on, sent an email to Travis, he had me stop in, checked the problem, had it repaired by 2 PM in the afternoon.
