Not sure why this dealership has such a bad reputation. My experience here was specifically with service and they were great. I had an 8 am appointment to service the transmission on my Altima. Travis c My experience here was specifically with service and they were great. I had an 8 am appointment to service the transmission on my Altima. Travis came out shortly after I pulled in and greeted me, took my keys, and walked me over to his desk. We spoke about what service I was there for today and checked if there were any recalls on the vehicle. There is a very nice waiting area with complimentary beverages, comfortable seating, and wifi. Travis came to see me and spoke we about some issues that needed to be addressed with my car as well. The repairs were expensive, Travis was the second person to bring up these issues which confirmed to me that they were accurate. I had a local mechanic talk to me about the same issues to keep an eye on so it was good to know that I wasn't being sold on anything extra. I explained to Travis that I wasn't ready to pay for those repairs today and he was very understanding and didn't pressure me into making any decisions at the moment. Overall a great experience. More
