So the only big issue I have is with whoever schedules these appointments. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. I understand that it's not going to just take 30 minutes, but I don't understand why I need to schedule an appointment if they're not going to even start servicing my car for over 3 hours. When I asked the desk how many people were ahead of me I was told 7-8 people. That was after I had waited 20 minutes and was quite frankly unacceptable for someone to take the time to make an appointment. Why would I get another oil change here when I now know I have to schedule a whole day just to get my oil changed? When I could go to 10 other places that honor appointment times and will have me out within an hour? More
