First (and likely only visit to Russ Darrow Nissan. Simple oil change and tire rotation. Left dealership and discovered tire sensor for front right tire was not working. Came back the next morning f Simple oil change and tire rotation. Left dealership and discovered tire sensor for front right tire was not working. Came back the next morning for a long saga. Svc writer debated whether it could be related to the tire rotation and gave me some bizarre analogy of getting food and McDonalds and if the tire sensor was not working would you think it was McDonalds. Reset sensors and I drove away to find none of them were working. Came back after a 7 mile drive - was told I did not drive enough. Tech took car on a long drive (unauthorized by me) only to come back and realize it was a bad sensor. While sensor was covered by warranty (2023 Pathfinder Platinum), they could not get the valve cap off and charged me $100 to take off the tire - some warranty repair. I hope this is not representative of their service standards. Barring warranty work required to be performed at a Nissan dealership, I am going to be hard pressed to go back to Russ Darrow Nissan. Quite likely a one and done. More
