The entire process took far too long just to get the keys in hand. Looking back, I should have never purchased from them. Nice at the start, but extremely condescending toward the end. When I had brake is in hand. Looking back, I should have never purchased from them. Nice at the start, but extremely condescending toward the end. When I had brake issues (6 months and only 1,000 miles later), I ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else because I couldn't get the help I needed. Jeff and the customer service from both him and the service department was horrible. I won't be doing business with these guys again. If you're considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, look elsewhere. Stay away from Russ Darrow Nissan. You'll thank me later. More
