Not a trustworthy establishment. Only went there as I thought transmission needed to be looked at. Outrageous fees to diagnose the vehicle. We were truly impressed with Travis and the service department. They were extremely efficient and courteous and we were back out in less than 30 minutes and driving away in a very clean newly washed department. My car wouldn’t start. I called Russ Darrow Nissan and talked to Travis who gave me a number for a tow truck and said he would save a service spot for me. I did get my car I called Russ Darrow Nissan and talked to Travis who gave me a number for a tow truck and said he would save a service spot for me. I did get my car started and drove into the service center. Travis talked with me about what was happening. He took great care of me and my car. More
