Came in for an alignment and two front tires. The rears had already been done previously. I asked about dropping off our Pilot in the afternoon before the day of my appointment. I was offered the use of a free loaner CRV while waiting for our Pilot to be ready to pick up the next day. I wasn't expecting the loaner and it sure was appreciated. I really like taking my car to Greg May for service. More
