Very helpful staff. The wait time is a bit excessive for just an oil change (1 1/2 hours) and that was with an appointment. My main gripe was that they obviously didn’t check the fluid levels because I forgot mention I was low on power steering fluid and when I checked it at home later that day, it was still low and hadn’t been touched. Got a power steering flush last week was charged $170 for the flush check the fluid and it's the same color as when I brought it in. Looks like someone just empty the reservoir and filled it back up. As always, I was pleased with the service department. I did not wait very long & I had enough service rewards to pay for my oil & filter change.
