Everyone was over the top helpful and very pleasant to work with. We started off with Santa Soto which was great but the day we came back to take a second look was her day off. Trent jumped right in and contacted Santa to bring him uo to speed on where we were in the buying process. We bonded immediately because he comes up to where we live to go off road. The sales manager was great as well as John in the finance department. EVERYONE there was wonderful to work with and although they are an hour and a half away my wife and I have decided to make the trip whenever we need the car serviced because if the service department is remotely close to what we experienced here they just moved to my top dealership and we are in our 70's and were in business in central Florida for 3 decades so I am very in tune to what makes a GREAT COMPANY and we feel we found it at Beaver Toyota, KUDOS to everyone there. Even though I don’t live close to the dealership, they made the entire experience seamless. Communication was excellent, and they made the process easy from start to finish. One piece of advice I’d give anyone buying a new car: make sure floor mats are included on your vehicle’s spec sheet. I never would have imagined that a brand-new vehicle could come without floor mats, so it’s definitely something worth confirming before you take delivery. Overall, I highly recommend Beaver Toyota and especially Trent for making what can be a stressful purchase such an easy and enjoyable experience! More
