Trent was excellent and created a pressure free experience. We had been to several other dealerships and found those to be less than ideal. Hall Mazda has come up with creative ways to deal with ne experience. We had been to several other dealerships and found those to be less than ideal. Hall Mazda has come up with creative ways to deal with new ways to show you a vehicle and have first rate customer service. Great new car, great service. Needing to upgrade from a FWD to an AWD vehicle for the steeper mountain roads my family is tackling, after a home move, I went back to Hall Mazda wit Needing to upgrade from a FWD to an AWD vehicle for the steeper mountain roads my family is tackling, after a home move, I went back to Hall Mazda with my 2016 Cx 5. I looked at other car makes, to consider an array of options (Trent Wilson, our sale rep, had other offerings on premises, at my request), but the 2020 Cx 5, with it's Apple Car Play, it's classy interior design, excellent seat comfort, lovely handling and quiet cabin, stole my heart. Having had no problems, whatsoever, with the 2016 model, I felt comfortable about the safety and reliability of the Mazda brand, too. Trent Wilson, in tandem with finance manager Darryl Cross, worked out a good trade in deal for my older car, a credit on our maintenance warranty, and we left that same afternoon with my new vehicle. I've driven in both urban and rural conditions since, some 400 miles, and the car handles like a dream in close stop and start, and on the open highway. Thanks to Hall Mazda, which in this time of Covid-19, puts safety first with regular mask use, shield dividers at the desks, and courteous distancing, and thanks to Trent and his colleagues, for assiduous follow up on all the details, making sure we've had all the support we need, as we learn the technology that's part of any new car. And on a minor note, thanks to Mazda's designers, who have a much nicer selection of color hues, than Mazda has had in the past. The aesthetics of this car are as lovely as the mechanicals. We're pleased, both with our new car and the service we received at Hall Mazda. More
