Courteous service, picked up my truck and immediately had me in the tracking system. Tracking system does leave a little to be improved, could not track my repairs. That being said I was notified as to progress at the end of the day. Received a call about 1-1/2 hours prior to vehicle being ready and was asked if I wanted it delivered or would I pick it up. After paying for repairs I was not happy about not receiving any paperwork on warranty and/or instructions for breaking in, probably does not need to be broken in. Called and asked about warranty paperwork and was told a service representative would get back to me, 3 days and still no information!! More
