Trevin was originally not the person I was supposed to have an appointment with, but I will say I’m glad he was the one I dealt with buying my Subaru Forrester, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and did eve have an appointment with, but I will say I’m glad he was the one I dealt with buying my Subaru Forrester, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and did everything he could to make sure I was happy before leaving the dealership. Trevin was great. My Wife and I walked into Heritage Honda Bel Air and he was the first to ask if we needed help. We said yes and since he was busy he went to find som My Wife and I walked into Heritage Honda Bel Air and he was the first to ask if we needed help. We said yes and since he was busy he went to find someone that was free but no one was available so he quickly finished what he was going and assisted us. Amazing Customer Service and a very approachable personality. He has very great soft people skills and able to hold great conversations while we were waiting for the finances to finalize. He even exceeded expectations when he over heard me talking to my Mother in Law about Gifting her our old car that we didn’t want to trade. He proceeded to print out the DMV forms for gifting your vehicle to someone. Really appreciate working with him and he made sure to take care of ALL of our request.
