The car only needed detailing and gas. Negotiations were done before I went in and no hard sell on extras. Trevin was excellent to work with. Would go out of his way to treat the customer the right way. I’ve had good experiences dealing with Heritage Honda which includes the service Dept. My wife bought a CRV way to treat the customer the right way. I’ve had good experiences dealing with Heritage Honda which includes the service Dept. My wife bought a CRV touring recently and that was also a very good experience. My only possible regret with my Honda accord purchase is not paying the additional $5000 and getting the Touring model. If there was a grace period with the purchase, I may have actually looked into it. Oh well. More

Great customer service and the overall facility was very clean and maintained.
