I never write reviews, and would never think I would write a review for a car dealership, but I had a great experience with salesman Trevin Dayne, And managers Max Shumilo, and Michael Yin at Heritage H write a review for a car dealership, but I had a great experience with salesman Trevin Dayne, And managers Max Shumilo, and Michael Yin at Heritage Honda Bel Air. Trevin went above and beyond and was friendly, knowledgeable, and easygoing. All understood my budget and my needs and worked with me to get the best deal. I never felt intimidated or pushed through this process - they made it seamless and painless! The best part of my car buying experience at Heritage Honda Belair is truly the sales person!!Trevin has got to be the most thorough, patient, understanding, polite sales person I’ve dealt with in a long Honda Belair is truly the sales person!!Trevin has got to be the most thorough, patient, understanding, polite sales person I’ve dealt with in a long while. He’s very polite and his personality and knowledge just makes me relax and trust the process !! Thanks Trevin ur a wonderful genuine person..however I think I wasn’t informed properly about the warranty on the Ford Edge.I was told that there was factory warranty still left on the vehicle by the finance manager.however after a couple weeks of having the car the service department said there wasn’t any factory warranty left on the carI called the finance manager about that and he said the factory warranty had just about expired!! I think he gave me misleading information about the factory warranty to make me feel more comfortable in buying the car More
