The Sales representative was super friendly and we felt comfortable with him right away. He did not make us feel pressured and gave us all the information on the two vehicles we were interested in then he comfortable with him right away. After searching for a 2021 Jeep Trailhawk for months, where each dealership I talked with treating me like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car and then asking absolutely outrageous price., im where each dealership I talked with treating me like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car and then asking absolutely outrageous price., imagine how relieved I was when the folks at Don White’s Timonium Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram treated me more like family than just a guy buying a car. They did everything from finding the car I wanted, to picking me up at the train station when I came to pick up the car. They worked a win win deal and spent hours answering the countless emails and phone calls I made about the car. In the end, my experience was so positive, so professional, that I ended up buying another car one week after getting the first and I did all this from over 3 states away.
