(Service Department) First visit was to have them program a factory break controller. They setup an hour to do this. After this second visit, they said it needs a new rear brake module and this will need ordered and would require another appointment. "We will call you when we get the part to make another appointment." I talked to another service department member on my way out trying to make sure we were on the same page. (Due to the fact I had the part they might need) He was nice and looked at the part and took pictures. Said he would talk to the technician and call me back. I did not hear back. Called again asking about the ETA of the part and to make an appointment. I was told they will call me when the part arrives. Hopefully third times a charm... More
