My car has had grease on the steering wheel and driver's seat. After getting my oil changed they don't wash my car like they have before! I drive almost an hour to get my oil changed! I didn’t feel like I was a valued customer as I have been with your dealership for 3 1/2 years I bought an SUV 2020 Ford escape in February 2021 and have dealt with you as my service dealership since then b with your dealership for 3 1/2 years I bought an SUV 2020 Ford escape in February 2021 and have dealt with you as my service dealership since then but at my last oil change and inspection tire rotation on September 5 of 2024 I felt like I got taken advantage of and the person who I checked out with to pay my bill was kind of argumentative and did not explain things well to me and insisted that he was right even though I know what my expectations were because I had also purchased tires there and knew the information I was previously told by other service people who checked me out. He acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, but yet as I looked at him, he was a new person behind the desk. I just highly doubt that I will ever get my car. Serviced there again unless it’s for a recall. More
