The vehicle, I really wanted I could not get, because the colors of inventory were short in stock, I wanted a lighter color, example white, plus the cost was a little high, so I had to settle for something, colors of inventory were short in stock, I wanted a lighter color, example white, plus the cost was a little high, so I had to settle for something, I really didn't want, but with zero down promotion I was stuck in the mud, Cruz, tried his best but apologized for low stock, and poor choice of colors, what I wanted was a Rallye ART outlander sport, or Rallye eclipse Maybe better luck next time, I did drive out of the dealer with a new SUV just not the one i wanted, so I ended up getting something I didn't want but I could not let the promotion walk away. More

this is the absolute worst service department i’ve ever encountered. the service advisor Brett Murphy was rude inconsiderate defensive and unprofessional in his interaction with me when i explained that th encountered. the service advisor Brett Murphy was rude inconsiderate defensive and unprofessional in his interaction with me when i explained that the vehicle that was repaired by their service technician a month earlier was still having minor issues and the engine light lit up again. his tone was one of rudeness and defensive even hostile indicating that he may have felt i was accusing their service department of some type of error in repairing the vehicle, which was not the case at all. in fact i was calling to see if they could investigate further to see what more could be done to make the vehicle more dependable and safe to continue driving on a daily basis. needless to say i will NEVER use their service again not to mention consider purchase a vehicle from that dealership and will also be sure to mention to anyone else i speak with about how reprehensible and inconsiderate their treatment of a customer was in regards to my experience with their services More
