Received friendly service and didn’t feel pressured into purchasing a car at all. Only main issue/annoyance was with the transmission oil problem (somehow the transmission fluid cap wasn’t properly secured purchasing a car at all. Only main issue/annoyance was with the transmission oil problem (somehow the transmission fluid cap wasn’t properly secured after they gave us the car… keep in mind we’re not from the local area either) but that’s now fixed. Aside from that, the Lexus came as described and I love it! More

People are great, however, the process is antiquated. Today’s consumers don’t want to deal with haggling for a deal. Upfront pricing and buying tool are available at more dealers that could make the car Today’s consumers don’t want to deal with haggling for a deal. Upfront pricing and buying tool are available at more dealers that could make the car buying process more inviting. Although I feel I got a good deal, I had to really haggle and work hard for it. The process should be more streamlined and technology friendly, not back and forth with a sales manager. More
