I went to Nissan of Newnan during their buy back special week events. I went to see If I could get my car refinanced to lower my monthly payments. I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima for a factory recall along with an oil change & tire rotation. They did not have the parts to comply with the factory recall & it has been a month with no update. I am also mis with an oil change & tire rotation. They did not have the parts to comply with the factory recall & it has been a month with no update. I am also missing (2) lugs nuts from the right front tire. So unfortunately no one seems to pay attention to detail. I made several calls to my advisor with request to call me back to discuss the matter & still have never received a return call. Since this service department is too busy to return calls & can't seem to return my car in the same condition as I left it they have lost my business with the exception they are going to have to replace the missing lug nuts & I will have another Nissan dealership take care of the factory recall !!!!! More

.I have to be 100% Honest Tripp Harper is AMAZINING! He goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with Nissan of Newnan's work. There have been a couple of times where there were a miscommunicatio goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with Nissan of Newnan's work. There have been a couple of times where there were a miscommunication around pricing, but yet again Tripp made sure that they honored their word as a company. Great job Tripp for leading your company/department with integrity and outstanding customer service! More
