We had a great experience buying our 2021 Kia Telluride and working with Trisha Lemieux. I had spoken to Trisha via the chat function on Jeff Belzer's website about the Telluride. Less than a week later, s and working with Trisha Lemieux. I had spoken to Trisha via the chat function on Jeff Belzer's website about the Telluride. Less than a week later, she let me know when they unexpectedly had a Telluride available that a customer backed out of. We were able to go to the dealership later that day, and Trisha met us there on her day off to show us the vehicle. We traded in our 2014 Mazda CX-5 for a fair price and purchased the Telluride. Would definitely work with this dealership and salesperson again! Very happy with our purchase! More

Absolutely horrible experience. They didn’t care if they earned my business and didn’t want to earn it. Treated me as if I should be happy that they are willing to even talk about cars with me. I agree to a number via phone call and said write it up sounds great. Then came back with it costing 1k more than we agreed. Proceeded to tell me that my calls were recorded, but when finding out I was accurate about what was agreed to in that phone call, said that the calls don’t mean anything. Asked twice to speak to a manager and was told to have a good weekend and that there was nothing to discuss. Treating people like crap is a horrible way to do business. This was for a 73k vehicle. More
