I had a fantastic experience when purchasing a car from this Audi location. After visiting many dealerships in the DMV, including other Audi locations, it was only Audi Rockville that treated me with enoug this Audi location. I had the pleasure of working with Tristan Arey when buying the car. He went above and beyond all expectations by providing me with constant updates about the sale we were trying to make (even when he was busy fishing he still would pick up the phone to answer questions!). He was incredibly personable, and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible for me. In the future, I'm absolutely going to come back to this location if I'm in the market for another Audi. More

All were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No hard sell from any of them. I have not dealt with their service department yet (I live south of Annapolis so I may take it to another, closer dealer for service) but the buying experience was very good. I was pleased. If you are looking for an Audi, I would recommend you call them and at least talk to them about what they can do for you. More
