I had a head light burn out at about 9:00 am on my way home from dropping off a friend at her hair dresser. Not wanting to receive a warning from police about driving with a burned out headlight, I called home from dropping off a friend at her hair dresser. Not wanting to receive a warning from police about driving with a burned out headlight, I called Norm Reeves Honda to get it fixed. They worked me in for an 11:30 am appointment that day. When I got there they checked me in, did an inspection, replaced my headlight, washed the car and returned it to me by 1:30pm. I was happy that Tristen was my service agent because he and I hit it off great the last time I was in for service. He took care of me and sent several emails during my visit to let me know how it was going. I was glad I brought my Pilot to Norm Reeves to have it repaired. More
