Car tag lost, salesman unresponsive To configure the Audi MMI connect app a vehicle tag number is needed. The salesman configured the app wrong and tossed tue tag after it was supposedly To configure the Audi MMI connect app a vehicle tag number is needed. The salesman configured the app wrong and tossed tue tag after it was supposedly no longer needed. Once i tried to use the app i had to set a pin that was not set by the dealership. This process erased the vehicle tag number and i had to re-enter it. I was never given this tag and now i cannot set up tue app. Called the salesman and he has not returned my calls. He was very quick to call me while i was in tje process of getting the car, but now not so much anymore. More
