Friendly, helpful and stayed late to help us. We were looking to test drive a used Lexus SUV. Jordan returned a phone call to us from our email inquiry. Follow-up phone calls I made to Troy were answered immediately. When we decided a few days later, Troy and the others in dealership made handled the paperwork, moving things (i.e. grandchild's car seat) out of our old car and reviewed all the options and set up phone system. Overall we were were extremely pleased with with professional manner we experienced at your dealership. More
