CAUTION: Do Not Buy Extended Warranty from Atlantic Hyundai. Less than 10 yrs ago, my then-84 yr old mother bought a new Sonata from this dealer and paid $2200 for a 10-yr Platinum Wrap Warranty, which Hyundai. Less than 10 yrs ago, my then-84 yr old mother bought a new Sonata from this dealer and paid $2200 for a 10-yr Platinum Wrap Warranty, which has proved worthless. We recently brought the car to a Hyundai dealer in VA close to mom's new home. This dealer needed more details about the warranty beyond the insurer name, "CCC." I spent the next 90 minutes on the phone with Atlantic Hyundai, which confirmed that the warranty remains active and provided a phone number for CCC, which has no record of the warranty. For $2,200, I expected Atlantic Hyundai to intervene and contact CCC on my behalf, but they have refused to do so. I don't leave negative reviews lightly and left 2 messages for the General Manager of Atlantic saying I was prepared to do so but wanted to give him a chance to help. This was more than 24 hours ago, and I have not heard back, meaning this dealer clearly doesn't care. So, think long and hard before giving Atlantic your business. More

So i was suppose to meet today with peter zorzy and instead this man came to talk with my father and i. Not only was he rude and condescending. They sold my 81 year old father 2 cars in less then 2 we instead this man came to talk with my father and i. Not only was he rude and condescending. They sold my 81 year old father 2 cars in less then 2 weeks commited auto fraud elder abuse and everything else you can think of. Sold my father a used car that died in 2 days Shame on you. Can you believe what this man told me. well we cant discriminate on older people if he wants to but a car we will sell it and i guess that includes cars that dont work. Ritik Khanna shame on you to sell my father a lemon this car the transmission died after 2 days your a horrible human being and Alexander J amato your a horrible human being to even sell my father a brand new 2024 car shame on you Lenny the loan person i dont know how in the world you were all able to approve him for over $60,000 loan when he lives on a fixed income of only social security. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & gorgeous location. When we walked in we were greeted by a very cheerful desk attendant who directed us where to go while we waited for Caroline. Caroline location. When we walked in we were greeted by a very cheerful desk attendant who directed us where to go while we waited for Caroline. Caroline showed us our brand new Hyundai Palisade. She walked us through the features and noted the differences between the ‘22 model and the ‘23 that we purchased. After that she took us to Rob in Finance who also explained everything in detail BEFORE we signed. It was not a long & arduous process & for busy people like is, we truly appreciated that. And I can not forget Q! A sharp dressed man with tons of knowledge about the technical side of the Hyundai & Genesis models. I don’t mean this a s a joke, that was my real impression of him. Overall, we can not stress enough the wonderful experience we had at Atlantic Hyundai. Caroline, Rob & Q are a dream team. I went to Atlantic Hyundai (193 Sunrise Highway North Service Road ,West Islip, NY 11795) to buy a 2017 Infiniti QX60. On Tuesday Sept 28 I went to inquire about the vehicle. Left a deposit, after I lef Service Road ,West Islip, NY 11795) to buy a 2017 Infiniti QX60. On Tuesday Sept 28 I went to inquire about the vehicle. Left a deposit, after I left a deposit I was informed by the sales rep Michael Zeccardi, that the title for the car wasn’t in and it may take 48 hours for it to arrive. On Monday 10/11/21 I wanted to pull out the deal because I need a car and it’s taking too long for the title to come and I was feeling uncomfortable about the deal. Micheal reassured me nothing “fishy” was going on, he told me titles sometimes take a while to come. Then later on The title arrived Monday 10/11/21. Tuesday 10/12/21 I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. The finance manager Jay Cooper greets me pleasantly and we proceeded. We went over financing options. The finance manager states ,My APR rate from the bank was 13 percent. I said there is no way when my credit isn’t bad. So then he states I just got an approval from another bank at 9 percent. I stated my credit isn’t bad for that interest rate I was pre-approved at capital one at a lower rate. He states Atlantic Hyundai doesn’t accept capital one. He was also very pushy about the warranty for the vehicle. Even when I said I didn’t want warranty, He didn’t give me options of the warranty , he told me what the warranty will be and the bank won’t give me a loan without it. I told him I needed to think about my options and will let them know Wednesday 10/13/21. When I got home I resolved the issue , I was able to by the car cash. On Wednesday 10/13/21 I went to see the sales rep Michael. To discuss the option of buying the car cash because I was uncomfortable with the finance manager Jay cooper giving me high rate APR. Micheal spoke to the financing manager Jay Cooper , then all of a sudden a bank approved me at the APR rate I was quoted at capital one. Now I’m extremely upset that I was lied to that only one bank approved me at a APR of 13 , and as I refused the APR percent financing options , the APR percent finance options became lower. I said financing isn’t an option , I would like to pay for the car cash. Micheal said the pricing I received was a financing price and that the price will go up if i buy cash. I stated that won’t be an issue please give me the price. Micheal goes to the manger of used cars Troy Calabrese , and explained the situation. The manager stands up and started screaming on top of his lungs. “Cancel the deal , cancel the xxxxing deal , I won’t sell the car cash. I have 3 people waiting and willing to finance the car.” Micheal then comes and try’s to smooth his manager behavior over and says it in a professional way after the whole dealership heard him being unprofessional and inappropriate. I said to Micheal I waited 2 weeks for this vehicle, and when I wanted to cancel the deal , you informed me all was well and convince me to proceed with the deal. Now your going to refuse a sale because I don’t want to finance and want to buy cash. The manager of used cars Troy Calabrese never gave me a cash price, They refunded my deposit and refused my sale. I was so embarrassed that the manager Troy Calabrese was acting that kind of way and speaking towards me in that type of manor . He made sure he was nice and loud for me to hear him. Not only did I hear him,the whole dealership did. Then everyone was watching, to see what was going on. Was I taken advantage of because I’m a woman, or because I’m a black woman ? All the white people I seen in the dealership was treated kindly and with respect. I’m VERY upset on how I was treated. Dogs In America get treated better then how I was treated in Atlantic Hyundai on Wednesday 10/13/21. Not once was I rude and disrespectful to anyone in that dealership. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My father has been a loyal customer and bought 5 cars from this place. He took me to buy a car and they played games with us. New salesman Brandon had no idea what he was doing customer and bought 5 cars from this place. He took me to buy a car and they played games with us. New salesman Brandon had no idea what he was doing. He wanted us to drive him to get food during our test drive real professional. So during The process he was talking numbers insanely $$. We finally got him to lower and make a deal. So we settle the deal and say that’s it he takes my credit card for a down payment. Everything was backwards! Before we even got to see the car he took my credit card and says don’t worry you can get this back I have to throw it in the managers face so we get the deal. I didn’t even see the car yet, didn’t do insurance, didn’t do finance. The finance guy was an xxxxxxx. After we made a deal he tells me 5k I have to put down more than the deal. And 48 month lease I have to do. Are you kidding me? This place throws you around and tries to steal your money. So I said forget it walked out and will get my deposit refunded tomorrow since they closed. Come back the next day and they wouldn’t give me my refund! They wanted to make a deal and begged for me to buy. TROY A MANAGER told my boyfriend to SHUT THE xxxx UP! And called my boyfriend a xxxxx and to take it outside. That’s your sales manager? And calls my step mother a xxxxx?? So unprofessional that place is! Will never be there again and lost all our business ! Those people should get fired. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND WILL PLAY GAMES WITH YOU!! More
