So I came into Regal Acura interested in an A-Spec ILX and Troy was really helpful and super friendly and was very upfront about my chances ext because of my poor credit but I was also putting down a larg and Troy was really helpful and super friendly and was very upfront about my chances ext because of my poor credit but I was also putting down a large down payment. Well he walked me over to the GMC Building and I got to work with Pedro (SP?) And he was amazing super friendly wasn't abrasive or rude to me and was able to get me into the Car with a great loan and payment and actually got me a lower payment than they had originally thought. I would totally recommend Pedro and Troy and Mr. Huckabee. My only complaint about the entire experience was that this Older Black Gentlemen And I can't remember his name, He was the GMC Desk Manager I believe? I told him that I did not want to use my dad as a Co-Signer on this loan and wanted to do this myself, He insisted on talking with my Father who I had brought along and he tried to pressure my father into co-signing and then just buying the car outright via cash. This honestly almost scared us away from Regal but Due to the Friendliness of Troy and Pedro I came back and made the deal. More
