I've had my best experience yet at Sharp Honda. Al warmly greeted me and had me checked in and a loaner vehicle all ready to go when I arrived. When I returned to pick up my HRV, Mark greeted me in Al warmly greeted me and had me checked in and a loaner vehicle all ready to go when I arrived. Tom did an incredible job getting us into our new CRV! He set up an appointment time, met with me on time, and patiently walked me through the paperwork. He (and Troy) even STAYED LATE to accommodate my wife getting off work as they needed to meet with her AND "walk her through" the features of the car.
