I've experienced the bar set "low" regarding customer service so often that I wasn't expecting much. NOT at this dealership. If you want to be reminded what excellent customer service is, visit Allen Turner Hyundai. Mr. Cox went above and beyond to ensure I had every comfort with the vehicles I was considering. He was patient, informative, very familiar with his product and courteous at every turn. The showroom is clean, the service lounge included coffee, water, soft drinks, donuts, breakfast bars. The ladies restroom was clean and polished. The general manager did his best to work a deal for me. Here's one more thing, Mr. Cox gathered as much information as he could prior to my coming to the dealership; which means less time wasted at closing the deal - paperwork included. If you haven't checked them out, you're missing out! Whether or not you buy the vehicle, is your decision. But the customer service is refreshing in this day and age. When we got to Pensacola, Troy was just as helpful and knowledgeable in person as he was on the telephone! His knowlege of the Hyundai Elantra we bought was excellent and even a week after purchase when I was in Pensacola at an appointment and stopped by unannounced he helped me out with a technical problem and was kind and helpful! We bought our first vehicle from him and for our second purchase, he did our financing. He made it simple, direct and helped us get what we wanted because we had bought from there previously. I would recommend Troy for your sales person and Shahid to help with your financing! They are wonderful people! As long as the quality of the Hyundai line continues, we will get our next vehicle from Troy! And, hopefully Shahid will do the financial part. Thanks guys! More

We visited Allen Turner Hyundai with the hope of downsizing within our tiny budget. I have never experienced a dealership with such class. I was amazed at how professional the team members were. The one that was most impressive was Mr. Troy Cox. He helped us find exactly what we needed and fast. He was kind to my family, and fantastic to work with. They helped us find a new vehicle that was in budget and with just enough room for our little family. We are very happy with the car, but even happier with the feeling this business left us with.
