He found the color we wanted and sold us on all the safety features and warranty .We also had the pleasure of meeting Allen Turner. The final paperwork by Shahid Manzoor was quick and to the point. He did not exert any pressure to purchase any extras that we did not want and did an excellent job explaining the extended warranties we purchased. It was great! From the time we got to the dealership on Wednesday, April 27th, we were welcomed by very friendly, smiling salespersons. The sales person we previously spoke to was busy so we were referred to another who took care of us in a very friendly manner asking us if we wanted something to drink before she took us out to the lot. We wanted an SUV so she showed us several and made us feel there was no hurry making up our minds. We found one we liked but it wasn't the correct color. She said that was no problem got on the computer and located one in Gulfport, MS. The estimated price was given to us that evening. The manager called Friday with the final price and if agreeable the car may be there Saturday but for sure By Monday. Our salesperson called Saturday morning to tell us the car would be there around 5pm. Since we had no plans and the final price was agreed on via phone and email we said we could be there around 5:30 to pick up the car. Since we were made to feel like family and they would do all that was possible to please us, we were relaxed during the drive. More
