Great experience Me and my wife had visited the dealership one month prior to our purchase and was very pleased with our first visit, we were not actually ready to buy Me and my wife had visited the dealership one month prior to our purchase and was very pleased with our first visit, we were not actually ready to buy but really just wanted to look at the different models and gets some education on our next purchase. The sales representative Troy Cox was very informative and explained the difference in the models very well. We were mostly impressed that never did he pressure us to make an immediate decision. A week later we meet the used car general manager Chris at a local restaurant and he invited us to come back in and see him and Troy. A couple weeks later we did and had a great experience from start to finish. Troy was great in helping us narrow down the features we wanted and helped us eliminate the ones we didn't have to have. During the test drive, Troy explained a lot of the features of the vehicle which made it easy for us to finally decide on the model that was right for us. Chris, the manager, came over and assisted with our trade in and felt the offer on our trade in was fair. Overall, the expierence was great. Several of my family members have purchased vehicle from Allen Turner Hyundai and all have had great experience with this dealership. We will highly recommend them to our friends and family. I've experienced the bar set "low" regarding customer service so often that I wasn't expecting much. NOT at this dealership. If you want to be reminded what excellent customer service is, visit Allen Turner Hyundai. Mr. Cox went above and beyond to ensure I had every comfort with the vehicles I was considering. He was patient, informative, very familiar with his product and courteous at every turn. The showroom is clean, the service lounge included coffee, water, soft drinks, donuts, breakfast bars. The ladies restroom was clean and polished. The general manager did his best to work a deal for me. Here's one more thing, Mr. Cox gathered as much information as he could prior to my coming to the dealership; which means less time wasted at closing the deal - paperwork included. If you haven't checked them out, you're missing out! Whether or not you buy the vehicle, is your decision. But the customer service is refreshing in this day and age.
