Troy had called me shortly after I had made the appointment and asked if I would be interested in looking at a new Pruis. On the day of the appointment, he introduced himself and I test drove a brand new Pruis! There was no pressure----but I will definitely give him a call if I decide I'd like a new one! Gleasy was extremely good at explaining the worksheet and offering some comments about the order of importance! Very capable young man. As he walked me to my vehicle I remembered that I wanted my new phone paired with my car. No problem! Thanks again!!! More
