I have always been weary of shopping for used vehicles due to the agressive sales tactics used in many dealers. As I assisted my mother in purchasing a vehicle today, I was very impressed with the profess due to the agressive sales tactics used in many dealers. As I assisted my mother in purchasing a vehicle today, I was very impressed with the professionalism, integrity, and dedication to developing a relationship with the customer (both my mother and myself) to ensure the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I would like to point out that each employee I encountered was friendly, spoke or greeted myself or mother, and ensured our comfort (offered water as it was a VERY hot day). Troy was extremely thorough on working with our requests to fix certain (minor) issues before the sale, as part of our sales agreement. Everything from fixing the minor issues, signing the paperwork, to detailing the car was expedited beautifully. As someone who also works in the automotive industry, I will definitely refer my customers to Toyota and to Troy.
